Me and my wife

Mr. Millikin recently moved to Beaverton, Oregon to join his wife, Joelle, who took a medical residency position at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in the summer of 2010. Mr. Millikin attended Loyola University of Chicago – School of Law where he focused on business, tax, and immigration law.  During his time in Chicago, Mr. Millikin had the privilege of working in several different areas of law and he made the most of receiving his education in one of the largest legal centers in the United States. He externed at the Federal Trade Commission – Consumer Protection Division, clerked for a commercial litigation firm, worked as a legal research assistant, volunteered at a not-for-profit business clinic and also volunteered at a low-income federal tax clinic. After law school, Mr. Millikin accepted an associate attorney position at the largest bankruptcy firm in Chicago. Before law school, Mr. Millikin received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, where he had dual majors in International Relations and History with dual minors in Japanese and Political Science. More importantly, Mr. Millikin met his future wife while in Minneapolis.
